Home is gone; the house was paradise, but also hell. Although the war tried to destroy everything, the family tries to return. Amid longings and nightmares, they create a new territory, a refuge to reunite with their friends and community. There, they manage to return to the big house –their childhood’s playground– now inhabited by fantastical beings and spectres, seeking to conjure up an embrace.
